Why is my candle sweating?

Soy wax is a natural product, we do not add any additives. Soy wax has a low melt point, if it is in a warm environment it will sweat. If you put it in the fridge or a cool spot, it will return to normal. It will NOT affect burn quality.

Why has my candle discoloured?

Some of the fragrance oil is dark in colour so it will have a more 'yellow' appearance than others. Some fragrances don't like sunlight, so can appear off white aswell. This will NOT affect burn quality.

Why is my candle tunnelling?

Make sure you trim the wick prior to each burn and also burn the candle to the edge of the jar EVERY time. This will prevent tunnelling.

 Why is my flame large or why is my candle smokey?

Trim your wick prior to each burn (5mm). Read the instructions prior to use.

Why does the wax appear to have pulled away from the jar?

Soy wax is a natural product and heats and shrinks with ambient temperature variances. It will NOT affect burn quality.

Why does my candle have imperfections?

Your candle is hand made using natural soy wax and contains NO additives or preservatives. Each product is hand poured creating slight differences. Enjoy them as they are unique to each and every candle.
